Adlede at the TAIGA conference

I held a presentation of Adlede during the Company presentation session, and I had a booth during the Exhibition session.

Many interesting aspects of AI were discussed, both by speakers in the sessions and over coffee in between. My personal main takeaways from the conference were that:

• AI usually defines the tech that you don’t know, and don’t have a vocabulary for. For a data scientist, AI is the model they haven't learned yet, for society it could as well be any form of digitalisation, decision support system, or statistical model.
• Collected data that can be very valuable on the population level, can also be a breach of privacy for an individual. When data is collected, you can’t be sure that it in the future will be used only as it was intended when the collection began. It is essential to be aware of the difference between (anonymous) data collection and the surveillance of individuals.
